¶ Lucky Seats
Lucky Seats has handled Lottery tickets for most of the Broadway Tours we have had pass through that offered lottery tickets
- All tickets from Lucky Seat will be available at will call 90min prior to the performance.
- Tickets may not be in the system until 90min prior to the show
- Lucky Seats doesn't guarantee where the seats will be or even that the seats will be next to each other
- Lucky Seats says they require ID with pickup but we don't check
Recently some shows have also offered other variously discounted tickets to fill in seats, these follow the same guidelines
¶ Culture Works
Culture Works is an organization that people donate to and they get a membership card that entitles them to discounted tickets for participating performances, the discount varies by performance
¶ How to Sell Culture Works Tickets
- use the source code listed below for each organization
- add a participating show to the basket
- use adult price type and pick the seats they want
- the discounted price should auto apply to the selected tickets
- set delivery to hold at box office or tickets in hand for in person
- if held at box office add “See Culture Works ID” to notes field
- They must show their Culture works ID either when purchasing or picking up their tickets
- We can't do anything with their ID number we need to see the physical card

¶ How to Use
Downtown Dollars is an e-gift card program of the Downtown Dayton Partnership managed through Yiftee
- they can be run just like a Mastercard but must be entered manually in our card system
- it can be used for phone or in person transactions
- can only be charged up to the listed amount

¶ Library Ticket Program has been discontinued
The program where Dayton Metro Library card holders could get free tickets for select DPAA performances (and occasional other series) will not be continuing this season
