¶ Subscriber Swap And Drop
A Broadway season ticket holder can swap out of a maximum of 2 of their Broadway performances (up to 30 days out from the show date) with a few caveats
- each swap needs to be into a different performance presented by Dayton Live (e.g. cannot swap out of 2 shows and put them all towards Waitress)
- they can swap entirely out of one show but put the tickets towards multiple performances (e.g. 2 seat sub swapping out of Hamilton and putting one ticket for Shucked and one towards Hell's Kitchen)
- if they want to only partially swap out of a performance check with a senior agent for approval (3 seat sub wants to swap one ticket for The Notebook to one additional to Clue)
Swap Eligible Shows
- Additional Tickets to another broadway show
- Star Attractions
- Dayton Live Presented Shows
These may not all be in SUB MOS yet, so ask if you are having issues doing a SWAP.
Dropping Instead of Swapping
- During renewal or selling a new subscription Patrons can DROP one show and SWAP another
- If a patron has extenuating circumstances and will be unable to make multiple performances on the season, please ask a manager/senior agent
- If it saves the renewal, try to find a solution
¶ Changes This Season
- Friday and Saturday Evening Showtimes are now 7:30pm
- MOULIN ROUGE: Tuesday Subs will be on Thursday Matinee
- CLUE: Thursday Evening subs will be on Friday matinee due to Thanksgiving
- HAMILTON – Saturday Matinees – 1:30pm (30min earlier); Sunday Evenings – 7:00pm (30 min later)
- Parking passes are now $8.00 (48% discount)
- use 27DLPARK2 when selling Dayton Live parking passes for subscribers.
- Always remember to best seat/seat your parking.
