¶ Complementary Tickets
When you add the show select the Comp or DPAAComp-I price type
A window will open asking you to select from a list of reasons
Select the appropriate reason and press OK
- The most common reasons are
- Voucher
- Company or Customer Service (Senior agent can tell you wich)
You can change the reason at a later point by pressing the Comp Rsn button at the bottom of the order
¶ Adjustable Prices
Add the performance to the order and select seat as normal
with the show selected press the Price Dtls button at the bottom of the order
then change the price to match they desired cost
sometimes other things may add to the ticket price and you may need to adjust the price to get the desired total per seat cost
(this doesn't factor in processing or other fees if applicable)
¶ Human Race Member Pricing
Human Race Memberships are tied to their tessitura account (HRM Constituency)
Once you have their account pulled up add the show to the order as normal and the discount should apply automatically
They are eligible for 4x $10.00 tickets for each performance
