We are going to be taking a larger role in taking discovery payments for patrons who call in to pay off their invoices.
Discovery Payments can only be accepted by the Box Office IF:

Patrons should have their account/order number when paying off the invoice.
We are now in summer hours, so no regular Saturday hours
Tuesday - Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM, and 90 minutes prior to performances.
We are still working on reseating DPAA subs. There is a lot of overlapping seats with quite a few shows we are working with the DPAA to resolve them.
Please do not move patrons, seat new patrons, or tell patrons where their seats are as what you see in Tessitura may still change.
The DPAA will be sending out statements of accounts in mid July, and that is when the seating will be finalized.
Moulin Rouge tickets will not be sent out until 30 days prior to the show

As we have done with other programming that has made people angry. It is important that we as employees of Dayton Live remain neutral and do not share our personal opinions/beliefs when dealing directly with angry patrons.
If a patron would like to express their concerns to the Dayton Live management, you can transfer the call to the Comments Line (extension 5) in Ring Central and they can leave a message that will be reviewed by management (however do not promise them a return call).
