If a patron is trying to use an E level flex pass and the show does not have any E level seats available because of the closure of the upper balconies, they DPAA is allowing them to use the flex passes to sit in D level (or the lowest available price in the lower balcony) seating in the lower balcony.
You will need to have a Senior Agent help you edit the price for the exchange.

check orders for flex pass package
look to see which passes have not yet been used under sub line items status
VOO- pass has already been redeemed
TPD- pass has not yet been redeemed
rarely a flex pass is redeemed but then returned it will come up as VOO but be TPD in a more recent exchange order
Open an new Order
Exchange MOS, Source 10, Channel Phone (or In Person)
Add a new line
Under Product Code enter the code for the appropriate Level and Number
Go to Seat Map, Look for the Orange box, right click and return seat
Add the show they wanted to use the flex pass for
set price type to "Flex-I" and then the price level of the flex pass you are redeeming
(if original flex package price type was Sub Comp you will have to use DPAAComp-I for the new seats)
Go to Seat Map and seat them in any seat of the appropriate level or lower
If it is a lower price range they will receive a DPAA credit on their account (good for DPAA performances before the end of the season)
If they want a price level higher than their flex pass for this performance they can pay the difference to upgrade
