Gen Exchanges
- Pull up the patron’s account and open their Flex Pass Subscription Order.
- Note the Price Level of their flex passes.
- Pull up the show they want to attend
- Select the Flex price type.
- Seat the subscriber in the appropriate price range. Don’t be alarmed if the prices do not match.
- Go to the sub line items tab and look at the price they paid per Flex Pass.
- Subtract $4 from the price listed for the preservation fee. If they are attending a show that is not at a Dayton Live Venue you do not need to worry about the preservation fee.
- Select the flex pass tickets and then press the “Price dtls” button at the bottom of the screen
- Change the prices for the tickets to the appropriate price calculated in step 7
- Press the OK button
- Delete out the appropriate number of flex passes.
- Make sure the order balances; the total on the order should be the same as when you started.
- pull up patrons account
- check orders for flex pass package
- look to see which passes have not yet been used under sub line items status
- VOO- pass has already been redeemed
- TPD- pass has not yet been redeemed
- rarely a flex pass is redeemed but then returned it will come up as VOO but be TPD in a more recent exchange order
- Open a new Order
- Exchange MOS, Source 10, Channel Phone (or In Person)
- Add a new line
- Under Perf Code enter the code for the appropriate flex pass number
- Ex “27FLEX01”
- Go to Seat Map, Look for the Orange box, right click and return seat
- Add the show they wanted to use the flex pass for
- set price type to Flex
- (if original flex package price type was Sub Comp you will have to use DPAAComp-I for the new seats)
- Go to Seat Map and seat them in any seat of the appropriate level
- Go to the sub line items tab and look at the price they paid per Flex Pass.
